We recently met up with longtime Miami Springs resident, Lou Diaz. Lou Diaz has long been involved in Miami Springs going back to his days at Miami Springs Senior High where he was a member of the swim team and the mock trial team in the late ’80s / early ’90s. He has also served the community as a Scout Leader and today is part of the Hialeah Miami Springs Rotary Club.
