How much is my Miami Springs home worth?
Every home is different, but the best way to understand how much your Miami Springs home is worth is by reviewing how much other people are actually paying for similar homes. That’s where our friends at The Leonard Real Estate Group helped us out and provided a list of recently closed and sold homes. In other words, you can compare your home to the homes that recently sold below to get an idea of what your home is currently worth. This also gives buyers an idea of how much they should be bidding to buy a Miami Springs home. Furthermore, this is what banks and appraisers use they look for “comps” or homes that are comparable to the one you want to buy or sell.
Miami Springs homes over $1,000,000
So far this year, there have been 2 homes that have sold in excess of the one million dollar mark in Miami Springs. The top home is located on Hunting Lodge Drive (aka on the Golf Course) and features a very large 21,000 square foot lot. That home sold for $1,080,000.
A home located at 105 South Royal Poinciana Boulevard sold for $1,050,000 featued 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The home has nearly 4,000 square feet of living space with a land area of 18,807 square feet.
Miami Springs homes over $900,000
There were three homes that have sold in the $900,000 range in Miami Springs so far this year. The average $900k+ home featured 4.3 bedrooms and 3.8 baths. The average living area was 2,974 square feet. And the average lot size was 13,759 square feet.
Miami Springs homes over $700,000
There were eight homes that have sold in the $700,000 – $800,000 range in Miami Springs so far this year. The average $700k+ home featured 3.6 bedrooms and 2.6 baths. The average living area was 2,096 square feet. And the average lot size was 9,358 square feet.
Miami Springs homes over $600,000
There were nine homes that have sold in the $600,000 – $700,000 range in Miami Springs so far this year. The average $600k+ home featured 3.1 bedrooms and 2.2 baths. The average living area was 1,637 square feet. And the average lot size was 8,986 square feet.
Miami Springs homes over $500,000
There were eleven homes that have sold in the $500,000 – $600,000 range in Miami Springs so far this year. The average $500k+ home featured 2.7 bedrooms and 1.8 baths. The average living area was 1,390 square feet. And the average lot size was 9,060 square feet.
Miami Springs homes under $500,000
There were only two homes that have sold below $500,000 in Miami Springs so far this year. The average sub $500k home featured 2.5 bedrooms and 1 bath. The average living area was 1,050 square feet. And the average lot size was 10,132 square feet.
