Celebrating a one year anniversary is common in business.  What is not common is to open a business and then have your entire operation shut down due to a world wide pandemic.  Well, G Five Training and Wellness is proud to be able to celebrate their one year anniversary after surviving the Coronavirus shutdown.

G Five Training and Wellness proudly exclaims:  No BurpeesNo JumpingRunning Optional.  They focus on slowly building strength while teaching proper form.  All workouts are completed under the supervision of Nationally Certified Trainers.  Their goal is to foster a family atmosphere in a true non-judgmental environment.

They also help you to look younger while effectively slowing the aging process.

As Garcia explains, “it’s a cardio based strength training program.”  They avoid the really heavy weights.  They prefer repetition for strength training.

If you want to train, but want to avoid Burpees and Jumping and where running is optional, this is definitely the place to go.  And they have all the equipment you’ll want without the abuse you don’t want.

GREAT EQUIPMENT

As you can see in the video above, G-Five Training + Wellness has all the great equipment you’ll want.  But the important thing is the training you’ll receive for proper form and injury prevention.  Train and strengthen the entire body safely.

They teach you how to workout the entire body, even from a seated position depending on your mobility. The gym is designed to push you to your limits and workaround any limitations.
