the MSPD received a call about a suspicious male roaming the parking lot of an apartment complex, allegedly peering into cars. Upon arrival, officers engaged with a man who matched the caller’s description. This individual, later identified as Tobias Mack, had more in store than initially met the eye.

During the investigation, Mack attempted to conceal his true identity by providing false information to the officers. When confronted with the truth, he made a daring escape attempt on foot. However, the long arm of the law prevailed as officers managed to detain Mack after a brief pursuit.
