According to an article by Theo Karantsalis published inĀ The Miami Herald, the City of Miami Springs is being sued by some of the owners of property along the Milam Dairy corridor that is part of the proposed annexation and boundary expansion of Miami Springs. The area boundaries are just west of the city from the FEC railyard west to the Palmetto Expressway.Ā The southern edge would be NW 36 Street.Ā The northern edge would be NW 74 street bordering the Town of Medley.
